Who we are
Founded in Mthatha, Uphuhliso Nohlumo — "development and growth" — brings together engineers, technologists and project managers with more than 35 years of combined experience. We work with local and district municipalities, government departments and private developers to deliver roads, water, sanitation, housing services and community facilities.
Our projects are designed to last, built with local labour and SMMEs wherever possible, and delivered with transparent reporting from first drawing to final handover.
